Refund Policy

We want eligible orders to be handled fairly. Refunds are reviewed after the returned item is received and inspected, or after we confirm that an order was canceled before fulfillment.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method when possible. Banks and card providers may need additional business days to post the credit. Shipping charges are normally not refundable unless the item was incorrect, damaged, or the law requires otherwise.
Damaged or incorrect items
Contact us promptly after delivery. Include the order number, a clear description, and photos of the package and item. Do not discard packaging until support provides instructions.
Non-refundable situations
Opened hygiene-sensitive goods, used products, gift cards, final-sale items, and items damaged after delivery may not qualify, except where consumer law gives a different right.
