We currently focus on shipping within the United States. Available services, charges, and estimated delivery times appear during checkout when carrier tools are connected.
Processing time
Most orders are reviewed and prepared within one to three business days. Weekends, public holidays, address questions, high order volume, or payment review may add time.
Delivery estimates
Carrier estimates begin after the package is accepted. Weather, transportation delays, and other events outside our control can affect delivery. A shipping confirmation may include tracking when the carrier provides it.
Address accuracy
Customers are responsible for entering a complete delivery address. Contact us immediately if a correction is needed. We cannot promise a change after fulfillment begins.

Check the tracking record, nearby delivery areas, and household members first. Then contact us so we can review available carrier options. Carrier investigations may take time.
