Return Policy

Eligible unused products may be requested for return within 30 days after delivery. Items must be in original condition, with packaging, labels, parts, and proof of purchase.

Hygiene and safety limits

Starting a return

Email info@chennixinhai.site before sending anything. Include your order number and reason for return. Unauthorized packages may be delayed or refused. Approved instructions will explain the return address and any available label.

Return shipping

The customer may be responsible for return shipping when the product is no longer wanted or was ordered by mistake. We cover reasonable return costs when we confirm that we sent an incorrect or defective item.
